+ What are the dates for the 2018 Global Leadership Summit?

The UK and Ireland videocast dates and venues are listed above.

+ Is the programming the same at all locations?

The UK & Ireland videocast will show most of the speaker sessions listed above, but not all, as space is provided for process time within the programme. The programme is generally consistent across all the venues, although some variations may occur. Please note that the lineup of speakers is subject to change.

+ When will the full schedule be available?

September 2018. The events generally run from 9am–4.30pm with a few variations depending on the site.

Pricing

+ How much does it cost to attend?

Pricing varies. Discounts are available based on group size and date of registration. Also, consider becoming a WCA member which includes a complimentary GLS ticket and year-round GLS resources.

+ What does the conference price include?

Registration for the event includes conference materials and tea/coffee/water refreshments at the breaks. Meals are NOT included in the price of registration. You may wish to bring your own snacks.

+ What if I need to cancel my booking?

We cannot provide a refund. You may transfer your booking to another person, notifying our office prior to the event.

+ What if I want to come but can’t afford it?

Please give us a call on 023 8071 0295 and we will see what we can work out.

+ How do I update attendee information?

Each registered attendee is able to update their information on Eventbrite if they create an account when booking. If you registered as a group, you can also update your group members information. Alternatively, the WCA UK & Ireland office can update your booking for you – call 023 8071 0295.

+ Can I share a registration with someone if I can't attend the entire event?

We do not provide the option to share tickets but 1-Day tickets are available.

+ Do I need to have all the names of our group when I register?

We allow groups to reserve “empty registrations” and then submit names of those who will be attending at a later date. We encourage you to enter those names by early September.

+ Can I bring my children?

While families are important to us, we are not able to accommodate infants or children at this conference.

+ Can I attend if I have a disability?

Please notify the office prior to the event if you have a disability or any other special needs and we will do our utmost to accommodate you at the conference.
