Now Showing until 31 October
Introduction by Greg Hawkins, Executive Pastor, Willow Creek Community Church
Five years ago I had a "heart discontent" that I've since discovered was shared by many church leaders. While we could count up our ministries and our weekend attendance, I felt a sense of unease about whether or not we were making a difference in what really matters most. Were our efforts fully supporting the men and women in our congregations in becoming more like Christ; helping them grow to love God and love others more and more?
REVEAL's breakthrough research is helping many churches begin to answer that question with confidence. Even more, it's starting to help us identify those leaders and churches that are "high performers" in growing their churches and helping to move their people along the spiritual continuum toward Christ-centred devotion. And as you'll soon discover, they aren't necessarily the biggest or the most renowned.
This conference was a culmination of the dream to identify and share what really works. You'll hear from leaders of churches of all sizes and settings - who, like you , want to help those far from God These are churches identified by REVEAL research that rank high across multiple areas of spiritual growth. You'll discover what they're doing right and how we can all learn from their best practices.
Main Video Sessions
1. One Leader's Journey with REVEAL - Bill Hybels
Bill Hybels talks about the ways REVEAL is impacting and changing his thinking as a church leader and how this new spiritual growth tool is providing insight in to key decisions for Willow Creek's ministry.
2. Catalysing Spiritual Growth - Greg Hawkins and David Loveless
Greg Hawkins provides the inside story on the very latest REVEAL learnings from 150,000 people and 500 churches. He is joined by David Loveless, pastor of one of America's fastest growing congregations, Discovery Church in Orlando, which was among the first to take the REVEAL survey. He talks about how their results triggered several course corrections to the church's strategies—and together they look at results from Discovery's second survey, to help determine whether there have been measurable changes.
3. The Difference Between Good and Great Churches - Greg Hawkins, Cally Parkinson and REVEAL Churches
Learn about key ministry areas that are catalytic to supporting spiritual growth. Then, meet four of the REVEAL churches that ranked high across multiple spiritual growth areas and learn what they're doing to encourage and support the spiritual growth of all their people, from those Exploring Christ to those Growing in Christ, Close to Christ, and Christ-Centered.
4. REVEAL Churches Spotlight 1
5. Who's Getting It Right on the Weekend? - David Loveless
6. REVEAL Churches Spotlight 2

8. Are You Making Better Christians or More Disciples? - John Ortberg
John Ortberg, Senior Pastor at Menlo Park Presbyterian Church in Menlo Park, California, has devoted his ministry to encouraging all people on their journey toward a Christ-centered faith. His church was one of the first to take the REVEAL Spiritual Life Survey. Learn how he took these new findings and focused himself anew to work toward the most important goal for any church leader: developing Christ-centered disciples.
